Painting has become a way for me to contribute a new visual language, one that is fresh and new yet stimulates and enhances life.
I often begin with lines and tones to invite people to see details and work until I achieve a balance of colour, mark and form.
Colour has always been the most important element for me because it brings the full impression for a picture. Talking about colour using words can be difficult because like music, colour cannot easily be captured. It is easier to demonstrate what colour does than to describe it.
