The heavens and earth are one. As the setting sun fades away, the earth is veiled in the yarn clothes of warm hue. All the clamors settle; serenity returns to the land…
The work is done in a multi-perspective planar composition. The extravagant wooden stakes are presented via burnished foil. The black sands are presented by rubbing for the varied clustering. Mineral pigments are applied to imbue the serene vibe of the waters by the sands at sunset with their enchanting luster.
天地一色，夕陽淡去，大地披上暖色朦朧紗衣，塵囂落盡，還與大地一片謐靜…
多視角平面化構圖，燒箔表現木樁的誇飾造型，黑色沙地以拓印呈現大中小聚散，敷礦石顏料，藉其迷人光澤展現落日餘暉下沙地水域的恬靜氛圍。

It is Lanyu early in the morning of early spring. Through a planar composition, the seascape unique to Lanyu is presented with color blocks varied in size. Black diamond powder is applied for the sands to usher in shimmers to expel vapidity. The wild lilies that represent spring are introduced via the multiple-perspective composition. The spring arrives, and so the Flying Fish Season. The Flying Fish Season at Lanyu in spring thus unveils.
初春的蘭嶼清晨。平面化構圖，將蘭嶼獨特的海域地景以大中小的色塊呈現，沙地敷以黑色鑽石粉，閃耀熠熠光澤不顯單調。以多視角構圖將代表春天的野百合帶入，春天來了，飛魚季也就來了，就此開啟了蘭嶼春天的飛魚季序幕。

When one rides a bike around the island of Lanyu, they will see such view, i.e. a flock of sheep, standing by the shore or lying over strange rocks, while a lone fisher is swinging their long fishing rod. The impression with the day is converted into the night. When the moon ascends from the east, the waters of Lanyu has an ineffable vibe of mystery.
來蘭嶼騎車環島時可以看見這樣的場景，一群羊或站立於海岸，或臥踞在奇岩怪石上，岸邊有獨釣者舞著長桿。將白天的印象轉換成夜晚，月出東升之時的蘭嶼海域有著不可言喻的神祕氛圍。

Lanyu is a rather unique outlying island. The whole island is no bigger than 45 km2. Yet, it possesses an immense firmament and earth like those in Scotland. Riding a motorcycle, one traverses amidst the tribes. Without the traffic lights like those in the Main Island, and with flocks of sheep wandering around, such view distinct from that on the Main Island imbues anyone with the illusion they are on vacation abroad!
蘭嶼，很獨特的離島。全島不到45平方公里，卻有著如蘇格蘭大地的廣袤無垠天地。摩托車穿逡於部落間，沒有本島的紅綠燈，卻有羊群漫地遊走，如此迥異於本島的景象，讓人有種在國外度假的錯覺！
