國立臺灣師範大學美術研究所碩士。
曾任中華亞太水彩藝術協會秘書長、常務理事。
曾旅居法國專職創作，返國後於三峽老街成立「庶民美術館」推廣藝文活動。
曾獲全國美展銀牌獎、新北市美展首獎、編入法國世界水彩大賽選集。
受邀國際展於美國紐約、義大利法比雅諾、法國巴黎、澳洲雪梨、韓國首爾、泰國曼谷，以及新加坡、馬來西亞、中國等國際藝術博覽會。
國內展出於國立歷史博物館、國立臺灣美術館、高雄市立美術館、國父紀念館、中正紀念堂、雅逸藝術中心等五十餘次。
舉辦個展十三次於香港Art Central、新加坡Art Porters、臺北花博爭艷館、臺北世貿一館等。

Wu went to France and worked as an artist, and founded “Su Chiung Art Museum” for art promotion after returning to Taiwan.
Winner of “Silver Award in Watercolor Painting Group, National Art Exhibition, R.O.C.”, Top Prize of New Taipei City Fine Arts Exhibition, and his artworks included in World Watercolour Competition Catalogue.
Internationally, Wu has been invited to exhibitions in New York of USA, Fabiano of Italy, Paris of France, Sydney of Australia, Seoul of Korea, and Bangkok of Thailand and partaking in international art events in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
Domestically, the artist exhibited in the National Museum of History, the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, the National Academy for Educational Research, and Julia Gallery for 50 times over.
He had 13 solo exhibitions including the ones at Art Central in Hong Kong, Art Porters in Singapore, Expo Dome in Taipei, and Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1.

Gazing into the peaceful surface of water and penetrate the mirror-like image, we see mixed reality and rich vitality. Oftentimes, we are obsessed with the things at present. Until a change in the state of mind, we begin to realize everything is an illusion… Listen to the silence within! Return to the inner nature. Follow the path of nature. Knowing nothing is closer to the Tao (the way of Nature) …
心緒 State of Mind

以寒雪枯木延伸出有如千絲萬縷般的有機線條，從具象到抽象，筆隨意走，境隨心轉….創作時常是讓心緒從紛雜到平靜的療癒過程。
Organic lines are derived from the dead wood in the snowy day. From figurative to abstract, the brush followed the mind, whereas the environment changed with the change of heart…. Art creation is usually a soothing process that calm one’s mind from bewilderment to peace.
渾然 Integrity

萬物歸於一體，相互含蘊在大全的天地間，內與外、明與暗、有與無、剛與柔、榮與枯…看似矛盾相對卻彼此相生共存。以360度繞行之手法創作，呈現時序遞嬗與空間變化，流轉的天地之氣融入宇宙永恆的無盡循環中。
All things are one, encompassing one another in between the heavens and earth. Inside and outside, light and shadow, hard and tender, thriving and weathering, these seem contradictory and yet interdependent to each other. The work was created 360 degree around, capturing the changes of time and space, whereas the Qi flowing through the world is fused into the perpetual cycle of the cosmos.
