Professor at the Department of Design, National Taiwan Normal University and Executive Director of Zigong Art Sharing Co., Ltd.
Formerly the Head of General Affairs Office, Director of the Department of Design, Director of Cultural and Creative Industries Center and Museum Operations Center at NTNU, NTU System Cultural Foundation Board Director, as well as Director of the Department of Fine Arts and Dean of Graduate Institute of Animation and Multimedia Design at the National University of Tainan.
Hsu is the Founder of NTNU University Museum, No. 16 Chingtian – NTNU Contemporary Humanities and Arts Space, “Art Area” and “Bo Yang Museum” of National University of Tainan as well as jury at the National Art Exhibition, Taiwan Fine Art Exhibition, Kaohsiung County Art Exhibition, Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition, Tainan municipal Fu-Chan Arts competition, Keelung Art Exhibition, National Student Art Exhibition, National Crafts Exhibition & the Crafts Achievement Awards at the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute, the Skill Evaluation of the College Entrance Examination, and the National Skills Competition. He has thrown over a dozen solo exhibitions.

Mori Art Museum is a prestigious art space in Tokyo with various art and C&C exhibits in vicinity. I always take a stroll here every time I pay a visit to Tokyo. It is represented via an aerial image for it is a collection of memories of the entire space.
